Stéphanie de LAROULLIERE primarily works with private and public project developers on consulting and litigation matters throughout the construction process. She specializes in the follow-up of litigation procedures, including judicial expertise, in both judicial and administrative courts.

Stéphanie de LAROULLIERE teaches construction insurance in a specialized master’s program at ESTP, in addition to providing construction law training for Le Moniteur and Dalloz.

Stéphanie de LAROULLIERE and Marie-Pierre Alix co-direct the Construction practice.
They work with their team to assist their clients in dealing with issues that may arise during a construction project, both in consulting and in litigation. They get involved right from the start of the operation when the work contracts are being written.
They initiate preventive summary proceedings prior to the start of the works.
Then, for any type of distress, they accompany their clients throughout the duration of the construction site (disorder during construction, invoking of insurance, abnormal neighborhood disturbances caused by the construction site, drawing up of statements of account, subcontracting, claims by companies, definition of completion, etc.).
They also play a role in the extension of reception dates, for the lifting of reserves on reception or delivery of works, and of GPA, as well as in the implementation of the manufacturers’ legal guarantees. Finally, they intervene in litigation related to construction insurance (TRC, RC, RCD, damage insurance).
