Stéphanie Stein heads the labor law practice of Earth Avocats.
She is an all-rounder, practicing in both counseling and litigation, and is at disposal of all types of clients, including public and private companies and organizations, associations and managers, in France and around the world.
Stéphanie assists her clients in a variety of matters: change management (employee transfers, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, crisis management), collective relations (collective agreements, charters, structuring of the single body for staff representatives (IRPs), consultation of Social and Economic Committee (ESC)) and individual relations (contracts, termination, compensation).
Passionate about employment law, Stéphanie Stein co-founded in 2005 the Avosial Union (more than 500 corporate lawyers in employment law) of which she was vice-president for 10 years.
She devotes part of her activity to pro bono advice with “Alliance des Avocats pour les Droits de l’Homme” (AADH – Alliance of Lawyers for Human Rights).
