Within this human-sized firm, in a small team in direct contact with the reference partner, you will draft the legal documentation for the completion of capital operations, mergers, partial contributions of assets, creation of companies, legal clerking, and will contribute to strategic analyses

Profile :

You have a CAPA and a Master 2 in Corporate Law, and you have just been sworn in, or you have a few months experience.

Your qualities: autonomy, sense of responsibility, very good interpersonal skills, writing skills.
