The Earth Avocats website operated by the SELARL Earth Avocats, publisher of the present document, implements the processing of personal data.
The following explains how this data is collected and how it is used. The personal data that is collected varies depending on how the services are used. The use of this information is made solely for the purpose of establishing contact with the person who filled in the online questionnaire and proposing an exchange or an appointment with an authorized Earth Avocats representative in order to establish a personalized estimate without obligation, and to ensure follow-up after the contact has been made.
This contact will be made by telephone and/or e-mail. The data collected when the completed online questionnaire is sent is kept for a maximum of three (3) years. The use of this information as described above is authorized by the regulations applicable to the protection of personal data. The processing of this personal data is based on the consent of the person concerned.
