Florence David and Eric Spitz will conduct a session on February 9 on concession contracts during a seminar for the local public establishments’ federation (Fédération des EPL).

This will be the opportunity to mention the Conseil d’Etat’s decision (opinion of the General Assembly, September 15, 2022) about price modification possibilities during the contract fullfilment. 

An important issue to address in these uncertain times due to energy prices and inflationary pressures.
